About Our Studios:

We are always looking for more amazing local talent to fill our studio spaces. Abode is here to serve the needs of our creative community and are open to all sorts of artists and small businesses. We gear ourselves to small handmade businesses and seek to provide networking, educational, and income-driven opportunities for those sorts of artists and makers.

We aim to host 2 markets per year and 4 Open Studios to help connect with the community and generate income for our makers. We also offer space for workshops and classes that are COVID friendly.

Our rent is priced startup-friendly and includes:

all utilities,
WIFI,
use of common spaces- the kitchen, conference table, and work benches
attic storage
photo documentation area
and lots of amazing other artists to chat with!

New Retail Rental Space at Abode!

We are so excited to be sharing a new opportunity with you! We have changed our retail space to be a flexible space for other small businesses to try their hand at a brick and mortar shop.

Rentals are one week, one month, or three months.

Rent the Full retail space: 22’x14’- 308 SF or

Rent half the retail space: 10x14’- 140 SF

Full space rental includes optional use of all our existing fixtures including tables, pegboards, cash wrap, etc.

You're welcome to share the space with another maker as well upon approval. To move forward we'd just need you to write a proposal for what you're intending to do with the space and how long you'd like it for.
